About The Position

Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for an Associate Supply Chain Specialist to join our team in Mesa, AZ. Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Associate Level 1 and Associate Level 2 Supply Chain Specialist. Position Responsibilities: Performs or maintains routine inventory procedures, assists in analyzing postproduction supply chain data to define reorder points and quantities. Enters, tracks and monitors customer requirements/inquiries using various job processes and systems to support our customers. Identifies and responds to customer supply chain management issues of routine scope and complexity using established processes, policies and practices for guidance to understand and meet customer needs. Processes and tracks supply chain management data from multiple sources, prepares data and inputs into tools and models to maintain supply chain effectiveness and efficiency. Processes and tracks supply chain requirements with internal/external suppliers to support demands and ensure best value (e.g., schedule, quality, price, cycle time) for Boeing and the customer.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience within the Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering or Program Management functions
  • Ability to travel 10-20% of the time

Nice To Haves

  • 2 + years of experience and/or knowledge of Basic Supply Chain principles
  • Bachelor's degree or higher education and/or 4+ years of experience in a related field
  • Experience and/or proficiency with Oracle or SQL
  • Experience with the Boeing Government On-Line Data (GOLD) computer system
