Learn more at Wisetail.com What are we looking for? As an Associate Technical Specialist you will provide exceptional technical support to our clients. You will partner with our Client Experience and Engineering teams to investigate and resolve issues, as well as make our product better. You will expand your technical skills and your product knowledge as you provide timely, helpful and satisfying support to our clients. The position assumes that the incumbent has both the mental and physical requirements to carry out the above defined duties.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in a technical support role
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Understanding of web application and relational database technologies
  • A passion for customer service
  • Able to participate in occasional evening/weekend on-call rotation
  • Ability to work between 9am to 6pm Mountain time or 10am to 7pm MT.

Nice To Haves

  • BS in Computer Science, Business or related subject
  • Experience with JIRA, Confluence or similar tools

Responsibilities

  • Respond in a timely fashion to all client inquiries
  • Create, track, and resolve support tickets
  • Provide exceptional customer service in every situation
  • Investigate and troubleshoot issues
  • Escalate issues to the appropriate internal teams
  • Provide advice and guidance to clients
  • Communicate actions and status to clients and internal teams
  • Contribute to internal and external knowledge base articles, FAQs, and user guides
