Our Personal Lines Sales team is seeking an Associate Territory Sales Manager to work in New York. This is a full-time, exempt role. POSITION OVERVIEW: Partner with the Assistant Regional Vice President (ARVP) in the coordination and execution of agency prospecting, agency on boarding, agency training, and meeting set up, and agency marketing designed to improve agency satisfaction, CSR loyalty and engagement. Provide the CSR/Agency with training on all Hanover systems including billing and Tap Sales. Work closely with the ARVP to improve new business results and increase conversion rates on consolidations. Responds to agent service questions and coordinate in resolving problems with Underwriting and First Contact. Travel with, and sometimes without the ARVP within NY State to meet with CSR/Agents.
