About Job Job Responsibilities Logistics & Equipment Management · Manage end-to-end equipment logistics for AI data collection projects (cameras, wearables, sensors, laptops, networking devices, etc.) · Track, inventory, and maintain all lab and field equipment using internal tracking systems · Coordinate domestic and international shipping of prototype and collection equipment · Ensure proper packaging, labeling, insurance, and compliance documentation for shipments · Maintain equipment readiness, calibration, and basic troubleshooting support · Partner with IT and engineering teams to ensure devices are configured correctly prior to deployment Onsite Lab & Project Support · Prepare lab environments for data collection sessions · Coordinate setup and teardown of equipment for daily collection activities · Support participant session logistics (room readiness, device prep, staging needs) · Maintain secure storage and access control of equipment · Ensure compliance with security and privacy requirements (especially for prototype devices) Vendor & Facilities Coordination · Work with facilities, movers, staging companies, and junk removal vendors as needed · Coordinate construction and lab build-out logistics · Support office expansion efforts related to data collection labs · Liaise with building management regarding deliveries and space modifications Process & Documentation · Develop and maintain SOPs for equipment handling and logistics workflows · Document shipping records, tracking numbers, and chain-of-custody logs · Monitor shipping timelines and escalate delays proactively · Support risk mitigation planning for high-value or sensitive equipment Education Requirements Bachelor’s degree in one of the following fields (3–5+ years of hands-on logistics / operations experience or equivalent experience): · Business Administration · Supply Chain / Logistics · Operations Management · Project Management · Engineering or Technical Field (preferred but not required) Basic Qualifications · 3–5+ years of experience in logistics, operations coordination, or equipment management · Experience handling technical equipment (cameras, AV gear, hardware devices, lab tools, etc.) · Strong organizational and tracking skills · Ability to manage multiple projects with competing timelines · Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills $80k-$90k Centific is an equal-opportunity employer. Requirements

3–5+ years of experience in logistics, operations coordination, or equipment management
Experience handling technical equipment (cameras, AV gear, hardware devices, lab tools, etc.)
Strong organizational and tracking skills
Ability to manage multiple projects with competing timelines
Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills

Responsibilities
