The Associate Program at Kognitiv is designed to fast-track early career or career transitioning professionals into the world of Workday consulting. It’s a structured, hands-on development program that combines training, mentorship, and real-world project experience to help associates build their expertise in Workday. Associates in this class will be assigned to one of two teams - Workday HCM or Workday Financials.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and problem-solving.
- Top-notch communication skills for connecting with clients and remote teams.
- Curiosity, initiative, and a desire to grow your expertise in Workday.
Responsibilities
