Job Title: Associate Location: 601 Union Street, Seattle, WA 98101 Job Duties: Publish index risk information through Aladdin investment platform and ensure high quality data is delivered in a timely manner for investment management decisions. Investigate and resolve complex and intricate issues and perform ad-hoc analysis of large data sets while meeting tight deadlines. Understand risk analytics of fixed income, equity and alternatives products to help our clients and portfolio managers interpret portfolio exposures, strategy, risk and returns. Provide high quality client service externally and internally. Address inquiries and resolve problems from clients and internal BlackRock partners. Requirements

• Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Data Science, Finance, Accounting, Economics or related degree, and 12 months of experience in job offered or closely related role.
• ALT REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Data Science, Finance, Accounting, Economics or related degree, and 36 months of experience in job offered or closely related role.
• One year of experience in the following skills: Programming languages including Python, SQL, and Unix; Data Analytics including Tableau, Google Analytics, Power BI, Splunk and Grafana; AWS, R Studio, Jupyter Notebook, Azure DevOps, and Jira; Project Management tools including SDLC, Waterfall, and Agile; Financial Risk Performing Platforms and Risk Analytics; Utilizing financial knowledge including risk analytics related to fixed income, equity and alternatives products and financial risk metrics; Working with index data and index related products, including index funds, index methodologies, index reconstitutions, and index specific terminology.
