The Association Director of Data & Analytics provides strategic leadership for the YMCA's enterprise data environment, ensuring accurate, governed, and actionable data that supports organizational decision-making. This role oversees analytics, reporting, data governance, and systems integration across the Association while leading and developing a high-performing analytics team. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop the analytics team while promoting YMCA values, inclusion, and data literacy. Serve as the Association's subject matter expert on operational and strategic data. Establish and maintain enterprise data governance, standards, documentation, and stewardship practices. Architect and oversee backend data environments, ETL workflows, and cross-system integrations. Deliver executive-ready dashboards, automated reporting, and ad hoc analytics using Power BI. Partner with senior leaders to support strategic planning, forecasting, membership growth, fundraising, and operational excellence. Manage and optimize data flows between key systems (e.g., Daxko, SGA, Blackbaud). Support system upgrades, enhancements, and troubleshooting in collaboration with IT and vendors.
