As the Assistant Director of Marketing, Communications & Digital Engagement, this role plays a pivotal part in NEC's Marketing, Communications, and External Relations team. Reporting to the Director of Content Strategy and Digital Analytics, the position oversees NEC's digital engagement strategy, ensuring a cohesive and compelling brand presence across social media, web, email, and digital advertising. Responsibilities include developing high-impact digital campaigns, leveraging analytics to optimize performance, and engaging diverse audiences. Collaboration with internal and external partners is essential to enhance NEC's digital storytelling, grow engagement, and support institutional priorities. This hybrid role allows for a combination of remote and work on NEC's Boston campus; however, during the first three months, the position will require on-campus presence at least four days per week to ensure a smooth onboarding and integration with the team.
