We are seeking an Assurance Training Manager, Learning and Development, to join the Learning and Development (L&D) team within the Human Resources (HR) department. Responsibilities are, but not limited to: Manage assurance curriculum, as well as support project management and instructional design while meeting service delivery standards. Utilize technical and industry knowledge in the areas of learning and talent development to identify and manage complex client training and issues. Drive the development of interactive and innovative learning solutions that engage learners and support a learning culture for clients. Leverage interactive, contemporary technologies to engage learners and enhance learning when appropriate, including but not limited to digital adoption tools (Articulate 360, Cornerstone, Rise Camtasia). Build long-term business relationships with key executives through engagement and course delivery. Manage the needs assessment in identifying new opportunities within the areas of learning strategy, learning managed services, and digital learning. Manage general instructor training.

Requirements

  • Have 5+ years of recent relevant experience in L&D consulting, including but not limited to instructional design and talent development (assurance services within a major consulting firm preferred).
  • Possess a bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience (adult education, I/O psychology, and/or organizational development degree preferred).
  • Have experience in designing and leading business transformation projects based on a deep understanding of Dynamic Audit Solutions (DAS) methodology, leading practices in change management, organizational development, and L&D, as well as strong project management skills.
  • Possess thorough knowledge and understanding of the learning function, including but not limited to functional design and learning strategy, instructional design and learning delivery (developing formal learning programs/training courses, identifying the educational needs of others, and/or instructing/teaching others).
  • Possess strong facilitation skills to instruct national courses.
  • Be a team player and collaborator across the business.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams) and SharePoint.
  • Handle multiple projects.
