About The Position

Assured supply coordinators are responsible for buying a company's raw materials, supplies, and services. How you will make contributions that matter: Placing inbound orders following the requirements of the designated vendors while considering: Maintaining product level to ensure warehouse productivity. Manage Promotions/MSQs/Allocation/Auto shipments. Oversee inventory levels and safety stocks and order products as needed. Handling phase in/phase out of product. Overseeing of carriers for vendor pickups through a third-party resource. Receiving query/Quality variance/Open PO report Entering and updating products and vendors in the ERP system. Ability to manage multiple vendors at one time in an efficient manner. Manage and communicate supply issues. Problem solving skills. Vendor credits. EDI and ERS transmission. Miscellaneous assignments as needed.

Requirements

• Education – Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources preferred.
• Experience – 3-5 years’ experience in the purchasing field and manufacturing/distribution experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, presentation, problem solving, organization and time management.
• Other Required Skills or Abilities – technical skills (including Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point), JD Edwards, managerial/leadership skills, excellent administrative experience, attention to detail.
