You will serve as the coordinator for the Asthma Prevention and Control Program. You will be primarily responsible for coordinating asthma prevention activities in the following strategic focus areas: Expanding access to and delivery of asthma self-management education and home visits for asthma trigger reduction. Reducing smoking and exposure to secondhand smoke. Increasing use of guidelines-based medical management. Strengthening linkages and coordination of care across settings. Introducing best practices and environmental policies to reduce asthma triggers from indoor, outdoor, and occupational sources. You will also act as a liaison between the Asthma Prevention and Control Program and the Tobacco Prevention and Control Program, ensuring activities are coordinated and supported between programs.
