At Your Service Operator: Answer internal and external phone calls in a professional manner within a prescribed time frame Answer internal and external phone calls according to established scripts and Marriott standards Promptly route calls to their destination Respond to hotel guests’ requests in a timely manner Answer, dispatch and log incoming calls from all departments Conduct pre arrival planning for same day and next day reservations Utilize the Guest Experience Platform (GXP Software) to log, track and respond to guest requests/issues Work in unison with Manager on Duty and all Departments of the resort to ensure all guest needs and requests are fulfilled in a timely manner
