Jesuit High School seeks a dynamic and mission-driven leader to serve as Director of Athletics, charged with guiding and monitoring an athletic department designed to promote Ignatian values as articulated in the Profile of the Graduate at Graduation. The Director of Athletics will engage student-athletes fully in mind, body, and spirit by shaping a clear, collective purpose for the athletic program that fosters a highly competitive athletic culture grounded in character, integrity, and excellence. The Director will cultivate an environment in which student-athletes, coaches, and parents work together in a spirit of sportsmanship-one that allows Ignatian values to be revealed, tested, and proven relevant through rigorous competition and lifelong formation as men for others.
