Athletics Marketing and Ticket Sales Student Worker (Student) (FWS)

About the position

Student employee will be assisting the Assistant Director of Ticket Sales and Marketing with all facets of the AU Athletics ticket sales and box office operations.

Responsibilities

• Participating in box office operations, customer service, will call, and reconciliations at our ticketed sports of men's and women's basketball, volleyball, and wrestling.
• Administrative/Office Work.
• PA announcing.
• Gameday support.
• Other tasks (as needed) to support the Athletics Marketing and Ticket Sales team.

Requirements

• Must be a current AU student.
• Must hold a Federal Work Study Award.
• Strong customer service skills.

Benefits

• $17.50 per hour compensation.
