About The Position

Cook Solutions Group is hiring a Full-Time ATM Service Apprentice to launch your career in the technology and banking service industry. If you're a hands-on problem-solver with great communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and an eagerness to learn, we want to hear from you! About the Role: You'll ride alongside an experienced ATM Technician as you learn how to maintain and troubleshoot ATM equipment, with the goal of advancing to a full ATM Service Technician role. We provide the tools, the training, and the mentorship and you bring the attitude and commitment. Location: Colorado Springs, CO Pay: $20$24/hour, depending on experience Schedule: Full-time

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED
  • 13 years of related experience (technical, mechanical, or customer service preferred)
  • A strong customer service mindset and willingness to learn
  • Clean driving record and valid drivers license
  • Able to lift to 50 lbs. regularly and up to 100 lbs. occasionally
  • Comfortable working on your feet, occasionally kneeling or crawling in tight spaces

Responsibilities

  • Learn and perform 1st-line maintenance on ATMs and retail banking devices
  • Troubleshoot hardware/software issues: clear jams, replace small parts (belts, bulbs, filters)
  • Perform basic installations: pull cables, install locks, mount devices
  • Maintain professional and timely communication with customers and team
  • Keep accurate service records and escalate issues as needed
  • Assist technicians with preventative maintenance
  • Learn to work safely around sensitive equipment, including ATMs that may contain cash
