Cook Solutions Group is seeking a Full-Time ATM Service Technician to support our operations in the Portland, OR area. Location: Portland, OR Pay: $22-$28 hour DOE What Youll Do: As an ATM Service Technician, youll play a key role in ensuring that our banking clients' ATM systems are running smoothly. This role focuses on second-line maintenance , repair, and diagnostics on a variety of ATM hardware and software systems.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 25 years of technical service, electronics, or ATM repair experience
  • Strong troubleshooting and time management skills
  • Excellent customer service mindset
  • Willingness to train on advanced systems, including security equipment
  • Valid drivers license and a clean driving record
  • Physical ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally

Nice To Haves

  • NCR Certification a plus , but not required

Responsibilities

  • Install and maintain ATM products from multiple manufacturers
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical/electronic ATM components
  • Perform software reloads, preventative maintenance, and cleanings
  • Coordinate and prioritize daily service calls
  • Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
  • Keep detailed service reports and documentation
  • Maintain spare parts inventory
  • Occasionally handle ATM cash access situations under strict protocols
  • Support fellow technicians and learn new systems, including security hardware
