Attorney - Personal Injury Pre-Litigation
About The Position
Our stable 5 Attorney Plaintiff Personal Injury Law Firm is seeking an additional Attorney to join our team and work in Pre-Litigation. This Attorney will understand the Pre-Litigation stages of Personal Injury Law to qualify for an interview. Experience in Initial Client Intake to Writing Demands to Negotiating Settlements is what this position entails. Strong analytical skills and excellent negotiation skills are required to be successful in this position. You will also have a support staff to assist you. You should have leadership and supervisory skills and be able to manage your own caseload. We provide a competitive salary along with generous bonuses.
