Role Roadmap Kalshi is looking for an Audio Buyer to own and scale our broadcast and streaming audio strategy. This role will be responsible for identifying the right stations, networks, and digital audio platforms to reach new audiences and drive measurable user growth. You will build and optimize Kalshi’s audio marketing mix across terrestrial radio, podcasts, and streaming platforms, working directly with networks and stations to launch campaigns, test new channels, and continuously improve performance through data-driven attribution and optimization.

Requirements

  • Deep expertise in broadcast radio, podcast, and streaming audio advertising
  • Strong familiarity with major radio stations, networks, and audio platforms, especially in major U.S. media markets
  • Proven ability to launch and scale performance-driven audio campaigns
  • Experience building attribution models for offline or audio media channels
  • Highly data-driven mindset with the ability to optimize channel mix based on performance signals
  • Strong negotiation and partnership management skills with networks and media vendors
  • Ability to operate independently and build a new growth channel from the ground up

Nice To Haves

  • Experience running audio acquisition campaigns for consumer tech, fintech, or high-growth startups
  • Familiarity with multi-touch attribution or media mix modeling
  • Experience buying across major podcast networks or digital audio platforms
  • Existing relationships with radio networks, podcast networks, or media buyers

Responsibilities

  • Own Kalshi’s end-to-end audio marketing strategy across broadcast radio, podcasts, and streaming audio platforms
  • Identify and secure high-impact stations, networks, and platforms that align with Kalshi’s growth goals and audience
  • Launch, manage, and optimize audio advertising campaigns across terrestrial and digital channels
  • Work directly with radio networks, stations, podcast networks, and audio platforms to negotiate placements and partnerships
  • Build and manage a diversified audio channel mix that drives measurable acquisition and brand growth
  • Develop attribution frameworks to measure the performance of audio campaigns and improve channel efficiency
  • Continuously analyze performance data and optimize spend allocation across stations, markets, and platforms
  • Collaborate with growth, creative, and analytics teams to refine messaging and improve campaign outcomes
  • Identify new opportunities within the evolving audio landscape, including emerging streaming and podcast platforms
