About The Position

Overview: The Business Development Manager will develop existing local relationships, nurture prospective clients in our current portfolio, and will also source new prospects to add to our client base. Each new, prospective client will meet our internal definition of a vested audio, video, lighting and LED stager. This position reports directly to the National Manager of Business Development. Essential Functions: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions. Possess a strong understanding of the audio-visual rental and staging market both regionally and nationally to identify and convert prospects into consistent, repeat clients. Maintain regular contact with clients to effectively sell the concept of NW360, keep them abreast of additions to our offerings, special offers or programs, and to remain aware of upcoming opportunities and ensure that they are directed to the Customer Service team to fulfill them. Develop an understanding of each client’s show schedule as it pertains to annual events and communicate with them regularly about any upcoming events/sub-rental opportunities. Regularly communicate with current clients and prospects to gain a clear understanding of existing objections to deeper engagement with Nationwide Video. Develop strong relationships with clients. Gain a complete and clear understanding of all aspects of Nationwide Video’s operation so that it can be properly communicated to prospects and clients. Achieve market growth in subrental market share and revenue in assigned region. Maintain and shares information learned in the field using our CRM. Willingly takes on other job related requests as outlined by the management team. Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development and/or field sales.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the A/V or rental staging industries.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a technical or related field
  • Personal vehicle for transportation, valid driver’s license and insurance
