The top skills and job description is below: Assist with consolidating all internal multimedia support documentation Provide assistance to fulfill any audiovisual technical requirements as assigned Quote, order and install new equipment needed for A/V projects Provide elevated, tier 2 and 3, support to the local client and multimedia team Act as the primary local representative of Multimedia services for large conference rooms Provide a monthly report containing room usage data, open action items, equipment maintenance, and upcoming preventive maintenance schedules Maintain the process used to create trouble tickets, customer issue resolution logs, and asset management Execute all aspects of videoconference support including call set up, end user training, troubleshooting, and follow through on escalation of issues Provide consultation and education to all levels of end users on presentation technologies Troubleshoot audiovisual and videoconferencing related technology (various projectors, control systems, audio and videoconferencing) Provide remote support to technical and not technical resources Possess and maintain detailed knowledge of the multimedia architecture Maintain conference room integrity Perform regular preventive maintenance checks (e.g., either report or address issues such as cable management issues, safety standards noncompliance, etc.) Escalate housekeeping and technical issues outside of AV and conferencing technology and applications to appropriate department. if you are interested please apply for this!

Requirements

  • 5 years of A/V technology support with C- Suite level
  • Must be able to produce technical documentation and reference guides. Must be able to record processes and translate into instructional details

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Crestron products and other A/V products (e.g. Fusion and DM, MS Teams Room Admin Portal) is desirable
  • Need experience with Qsys programming

Responsibilities

  • Assist with consolidating all internal multimedia support documentation
