About The Position

Audio Visual Project Management (Mid-Level or Senior) Company: The Boeing Company Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS), Space, Intelligence & Weapons Systems (SI&WS) has an exciting opportunity for an Audio Visual Project Management (Mid-Level or Senior) professional to join our team in Herndon, VA. Position Responsibilities: Identify and maintain key project schedules and provide regular updates Lead (Level 4) or actively participate (Level 3) in project planning to assess impacts and constraints related to product development, production rates, process improvements, and program initiatives Coordinate with programs and capabilities to optimize resource availability aligned with project needs Organize and facilitate regular working meetings to ensure team members execute assigned tasks and provide timely status, tracking, and reporting Develop and maintain statements of work (SOW) for subcontracted units and coordinate make-or-buy assessments Provide performance assessments of team members to management as appropriate Develop innovative solutions to complex problems requiring creativity and ingenuity Ensure effective communication between technical teams and business units to support project objectives Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): This position requires an active TS/SCI U.S. Security Clearance and current Counterintelligence Polygraph (CIP) (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active.) Requirements
