RieLes Group seeks to foster a relationship with each employee and our business partners Audio Visual Specialist Information Technology Support Services (ITSS) Location: United States Army Fires Center of Excellence Worksite: Fort Sill – 1803 Macomb Road, Fort Sill, OK 73503 Period of Performance: Base Year: June 3, 2026 to 2 May 2, 2027 Option Year 1: June 3, 2027 – May 2, 2028 Option Year 2: May 3, 2028 – May 2, 2029 Option Year 3: May 3, 2029 – May 2, 2030 Option Year 4: May 3, 2030 – May 2, 2031 The contractor will provide comprehensive Information Technology and Knowledge Management support services to sustain the training, education, and operational mission of the Fires Center of Excellence Job Summary The Audio Visual Specialist provides technical support for audiovisual systems used in classrooms, training simulations, and conferences across the Fires Center of Excellence

Requirements

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Audio Visual Technology, IT, or related field
• 3+ years experience with AV systems in enterprise or training environments
• Knowledge of digital media systems, conferencing tools, and signal routing

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain AV equipment including projectors, microphones, displays, and control systems
• Provide technical setup and support for training sessions and briefings
• Troubleshoot AV system issues during live events
• Maintain inventory of AV equipment
• Assist instructors and staff with AV technology operation
