Location: Fort Mill, Oklahoma Digital Consultants is seeking an Audio Visual Specialist to support classroom, conference room, and event audiovisual systems at Fort Sill, Oklahoma. This role supports setup, troubleshooting, sustainment, and direct customer support for AV and related IT systems in mission and training environments.

Requirements

  • Education: Associate’s degree in a related field; or 3 years of technically related audiovisual support experience
  • Clearance: Secret
  • U.S. Citizenship required.
  • Certifications: InfoComm certification in audiovisual technology
  • Must be able to maintain the following certifications within 120 days of contract award: Basic Crestron training, Basic AMX training, Basic Biamp training, and Basic Extron training.
  • Experience supporting AV systems in classroom, conference, or event environments
  • Basic knowledge of equipment settings related to normal AV and IT operations
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Ability to climb or work at heights up to 20 feet. Must maintain required certifications and training throughout performance

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in military, classroom, or training environments
  • Experience supporting conferencing or collaboration tools
  • Experience with preventive maintenance and service ticket tracking

Responsibilities

  • Provide operational support for audiovisual systems in classrooms, conference rooms, and event spaces
  • Troubleshoot displays, projectors, sound systems, control systems, and related AV equipment
  • Support setup, teardown, testing, and user assistance for scheduled events and daily operations
  • Assist with preventive maintenance and routine sustainment of AV equipment
  • Coordinate with users and staff to resolve AV issues quickly and professionally
  • Support integrated AV and collaboration environments as required
