About The Position

Job Title: Audiologist
Job Type: Locum Tenens
Location: Yakima, WA
Service Setting: Outpatient Clinic
Coverage Type: Clinical Only
Coverage Period: ASAP – Ongoing
Clinical Shift Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Requirements

• License: Washington state license preferred
• Education: Master’s or Doctorate in Audiology with clinical practicum
• Certification: Certificate of Clinical Competency in Audiology (CCC -A) if applicable
• Certifications: BLS required
• Experience: Audiology clinical experience required
• Other Qualifications: Ability to interpret diagnostic results and recommend treatment plans

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive diagnostic hearing evaluations
• Interpret audiology test results for patients and physicians
• Conduct hearing aid evaluations and fittings
• Provide hearing aid instruction, maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Recommend medical follow -up or hearing protection when appropriate
