About The Position

Audiologist Goshen Physicians is hiring an Audiologist to join our ENT, Speech & Audiology team. This is a full-time position. We’re looking for a passionate provider to work in a team-centered, collaborative environment. This office sees a high-volume of referral patients from our network of Primary Family Practice clinics across northcentral Indiana. Patients range from all ages presenting multiple needs for care. Requirements

  • Doctor of Audiology Degree in Audiology
  • Licensed in Indiana
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence
  • Additional certificates and licensures based on hearing device or vestibular services
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Complete age-appropriate diagnostic hearing exams
  • Identifies, tests, diagnoses, and manages various human hearing needs
  • Potential for Hearing Device Management
  • Potential for Vestibular Assessment
  • Proficiency in utilizing and maintaining accurate patient records
  • Provide appropriate written reports and progress notes
  • Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
