Position Profile Weaver’s Audit Administration Support team is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their team. The Audit Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to the Audit practice by ensuring all client deliverables comply with the Firm’s best practice and quality & risk management guidelines, which includes typing correspondence, formatting and generating reports. The Audit Administrative Assistant will interact with clients via telephone and in-person, therefore we require professionalism in presentation and communication. We are looking for someone who is a team player, organized, and has high attention to detail.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1 + years administrative experience
  • Punctuality and dependability are required
  • Strong customer service skills are essential
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multi-task and take direction
  • Professional appearance and manner
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Seasonal overtime may be required
  • Team player
  • Organized
  • High attention to detail
