About The Position

The Audit Clerk supports operational and security standards across retail locations by conducting and scheduling audits, reporting issues, and ensuring systems, demos, and security displays are properly set up and functioning. This role helps keep stores compliant, consistent, and customer-ready.

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working with devices, demo content, and ticketing systems
  • Clear written communication for reporting and documentation
  • Ability to manage schedules and work independently

Nice To Haves

  • Retail, audit, or loss prevention experience is a plus, but not required
  • Reliable and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently

Responsibilities

  • Schedule audits in accordance with company guidelines and timelines
  • Conduct audits of IPOG compliance and overall store standards
  • Identify, document, and send issue reports clearly and accurately
  • Create, confirm, and track tickets related to audit findings
  • Set up demo content on live demo devices to ensure proper presentation
  • Confirm security displays and fixtures are correctly installed and functioning
  • Follow established audit procedures and documentation standards
  • Communicate findings and status updates with internal teams
