About The Position

Interested in meaningful work that fits your schedule? Adventure ABA, LLC is currently hiring Part-Time Autism Behavior Technicians to support children and families in Flagstaff and nearby communities . This role provides the opportunity to work directly with children in their homes while helping them develop important communication, social, and life skills. No previous ABA experience is necessary. If you have a high school diploma or equivalent , we will provide Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training along with ongoing support from our clinical team. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with children and want a flexible position that also builds valuable career experience in behavioral health. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to sit on the floor and engage in play-based learning
  • CPR certification or willingness to obtain certification upon hire
  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel between client homes in the Flagstaff area
  • Compassionate, dependable, and excited to learn

  • Bachelor's degree preferred

Responsibilities
