About The Position
The Auto Detailer is responsible for executing high-quality interior and exterior detailing services according to company standards. This position plays a key role in ensuring vehicles are cleaned, protected, and delivered to customers or dealerships on time and in excellent condition.
Responsibilities
- Performing interior and exterior details per SOP with no rework
- Completing 3 full details per day unless reassigned
- Self-inspecting all work using the provided checklist before completion
- Keeping the detailing bay clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout the shift
- Maintaining detailing tools and promptly reporting any equipment issues
- Following all PPE, safety, and chemical handling protocols
- Safeguarding customer items and driving vehicles with care and professionalism
- Documenting work status in the portal or on the delivery board when assigned
- Proactively communicating any issues or delays to the supervisor
