Responsible for meeting the needs and commitments to customers and Service Department - striving for the highest in customer relations. Responsible for accurate inventory accounting. Responsible for maintaining a clean, well-organized department. Communicate with customers on the telephone and at the counter in a professional manner. Accurate invoicing and costing on all parts documents daily. Timely ordering, shipping, receiving, and expediting of special orders. Prepare shipping documents and packaging of whole goods requested by other departments. Set - up showroom displays for merchandising. Prepare documents for the return of damaged defective, cores, and warrantable parts in a timely manner. Timely ordering, shipping, receiving, and expediting of special orders. Prepare shipping documents and packaging of whole goods requested by other departments. Place weekly/monthly stock orders Assist in addressing complaints and resolving problems relating to Parts Department. Assist Parts Manager in finding the best buys from outside suppliers. Related duties as necessary for the accomplishment of the position.
