About The Position

The AI and Automation Specialist will support the implementation and maintenance of AI-driven workflows across multiple functional areas, including Operations, HR, and Compliance. This is a hands-on role suited for an early career professional who enjoys supporting development and refinement of automation solutions.

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Automation and Analytics, this team focuses on automating repetitive processes, developing production-level code, strengthening AI infrastructure, and advancing existing systems toward more autonomous, agent-driven capabilities. The Specialist partners with cross-functional teams to design user-centered automation solutions aligned with organizational goals, while monitoring and evaluating tools to ensure ongoing performance, scalability, and compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Information systems, Operations Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, Data Science, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in automation, analytics, operations, technical business systems, AI, machine learning, and SDLC related technology roles or equivalent coursework, certification, or practical experience.
• Real-life use cases or projects integrating AI to solve solutions.
• Working Knowledge of AI concepts and tools such as: o AI tools: ChatGPT, Azure AI Foundry, Amazon Bedrock, vLLM o Automation tools: UiPath, Zapier, n8n o ETL & Database systems: Batch ETLs, SQLite, FileMaker o ML & Advanced Analytics: Python, scikit-learn, pandas, NumPy, PyPDF, Tesseract

Nice To Haves

• Proven track record of developing and implementing AI or automation strategies in a business environment.
• Exposure to AI or automation platforms (RPA Tools, LLM APIs, workflow automation tools)
• Exposure to UiPath, Power Automate, Python, FileMaker, SQL or other languages
• Experience with local-hosted AI deployment software and virtual private cloud AI endpoints
• Familiarity with AI software tools such as UiPath, vLLM, Ollama, Open WebUI, Hugging Face
• Certification in AI, machine learning, or automation frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Senior Manager of Automation and Analytics, IT, enterprise applications, and business units to design and deploy AI-driven solutions.
• Strong documentation and communication skills to ensure AI within Compliance
• Evaluate SOPs and collaborate on AI development, adoption and integration.
• Update project timelines, scope documents and risk assessment forms
