About The Position

Plans, organizes, and leads teams on various project assignments. Interfaces with other Developers, Functional Analysts, Project Analysts, customers, agencies, and vendors in defining, analyzing, developing, and implementing new or modified systems and programs. Designs, codes, tests, documents, and implements application programs on the Salesforce.com Platform. Consults with and trains internal customers in areas of expertise. Performs all functions according to established policies, procedures, regulatory and accreditation requirements, as well as applicable professional standards. Requirements

  • Hands-on administration experience with automation or workflow/content management applications.
  • Experience in workflow design, build and maintenance.
  • Strong troubleshooting, configuration, and problem-solving skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with IT teams and business stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience.
  • Two (2) years of experience with workflow automation, RPA, or content management platforms.
  • May require travel and flexible hours due to emergency event(s) and release windows with minimal notice.
  • Must be flexible and available based on requirements, weekends, holidays and overtime.
  • May be required to work occasional on-call duties weekends, evenings and early AM.

Nice To Haves

  • Proven platform ownership experience (permissions, security, upgrades, integrations, governance).
  • Lean and agile certifications.
  • Familiarity with enterprise governance practices, compliance, and change control.
  • Experience with multiple automation tools (Automation Anywhere, UiPath, Power Automate).
  • Knowledge of API integrations, scripting, or connectors for automation.
  • Strong documentation skills (process maps, technical runbooks, governance guidelines).
  • Continuous learner with interest in emerging automation and workflow technologies.
  • Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism or UiPath, certification(s) or experience preferred.
  • Knowledge Lake and/or SharePoint Online, MS Power Platforms including MS Power Automate knowledge and experience preferred.
  • Demonstrative understanding of applying AI capabilities to automated workflows.
