Summary Serves as a strategic technical leader, bridging the gap between business leadership and technical teams to drive organizational excellence through automation and SQCD Kaizen strategies. Architect scalable data warehouse models and business intelligence ecosystems while translating complex requirements into high-performance code to modernize operations across all locations. Managing critical IT integrations, conducting ROI evaluations, and spearheading root-cause analysis, you will ensure the seamless evolution of technical solutions and vendor partnerships in alignment with the overarching strategic vision.

Requirements

A minimum of a four-year degree (Computer Science Degree Preferred) and more than 1-3 years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Travel Up to 70% required.

Responsibilities

Partner with senior management to drive organizational excellence by architecting and executing automation and SQCD Kaizen strategies that modernize operations through cutting-edge technology.
By leading cross-functional initiatives across all locations, you will transform operational processes using high-impact IT integration and continuous improvement frameworks while conducting rigorous cost-benefit and ROI evaluations to steer executive decision-making toward scalable, high-performance technical solutions.
Architect and oversee the complete data lifecycle by designing robust data warehouse models for seamless sourcing and transformation while establishing standardized development protocols to ensure long-term maintainability and scalability.
By managing strategic external partnerships and deploying advanced business intelligence ecosystems, you will ensure the integrity and evolution of critical dashboards, databases, and analytical tools across the organization.
Translate complex business requirements into high-performance code using modern programming frameworks to deliver bespoke customer solutions.
By spearheading root-cause analysis for critical system failures, you will provide definitive resolutions and implement preventative measures to minimize downtime, while orchestrating the integration of emerging technologies and vendor hardware to ensure total alignment with user needs.
Serve as the primary technical liaison between departments and divisions, harmonizing diverse stakeholder interests to achieve unified organizational objectives.
By bridging the gap between technical teams and business leadership, you will facilitate seamless communication and ensure that all cross-departmental projects align with the overarching strategic vision.
