GWBC = Guidewire Basecamp Job Description What will I be doing as an intern? Interns will work on active DevSecOps/Infra projects and not made-up intern projects. Interns will work as part of scrum team in a 2-week sprint model Interns will have the chance to collaborate and work with DevSecOps/Infra engineers as part of their team, so this will be like a real-time work opportunity for them. Intern Requirements: Degree Preferred - Pursuing 3rd year/final year or completed BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineer or Software Engineering Basic AWS/AI (basic knowledge of LLM) Infra knowledge Scripting language experience like Python/Go framework Zest to learn and ramp up on new technologies Ability to rapidly absorb new technologies and have the desire to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to work well independently or with other people in a team-oriented environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Team player Demonstrated problem solving skills. Your base pay will depend on your experience, skills, education, training, and location among other factors. All full-time positions or part-time roles working 30 hours or more a week at Guidewire are eligible for benefits that support their health and well-being including health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and a company sponsored retirement plan. In addition, some roles may be eligible for the annual company bonus plan, commissions, and/or long term incentive awards which are contingent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, company and employee performance.
