Job Description Support Automation framework design. Support Automation framework tools (add/replace). Develop Automation framework core automation. Develop Automation framework security and work with Information Security Architecture and Vulnerability teams. Automation framework usability. Work with ServiceNow team to and create Service Catalog Order Guides that simplify Freddie Mac's end user automated provisioning of services. Collaborate with other Automation COE workstreams to clearly document Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and other training guides using MS-Word and/or Atlassian's Confluence. Provide Automation framework training. Provide ongoing automation training to junior automation developers and/or other engineering resources. Automation framework integration with other core P&I tools/devices, including: ServiceNow; Ansible; Jenkins; Bitbucket; Artifactory; VMware Aria Automation & Orchestrator; Terraform; VMware vCenter(s), NSX-T; Infoblox IPAM; Storage devices (block, file, object); Bare-metal compute; Firewalls; and Load Balancers.

Requirements

Master’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or closely related technical discipline, followed by three (3) years of experience in a Software Development Occupation.
Experience must include:
3 years of experience with programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, PowerShell, Json, YAML.
3 years of experience with programming languages such as Shell Scripting, Groovy.
2 years of experience with Linux and/or Windows operating systems.
2 years of experience with Atlassian Jira and Confluence collaboration tools as well as ServiceNow.
3 years of experience with DevOps CI/CD Pipeline development and build tools such as Ansible, Jenkins, Terraform, VMware vRA, Gitlab, Artifactory, Bitbucket.
3 years of experience with tools like SonarQube, Fortify and FOSS application security source code scanning developed into CI/CD Pipeline.
Demonstrated knowledge of REST API programming and system integration across multiple tools.
Any combination of education that has been evaluated by a reputable credentials evaluation service to be the academic equivalent of a U.S. degree will be accepted. Knowledge may be gained through education, experience, or training.
Or
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or closely related technical discipline, followed by five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in a Software Development Occupation.
Experience must include:
5 years of experience with programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, PowerShell, Json, YAML.
4 years of experience with programming languages such as Shell Scripting, Groovy.
2 years of experience with Linux and/or Windows operating systems.
2 years of experience with Atlassian Jira and Confluence collaboration tools as well as ServiceNow.
4 years of experience with DevOps CI/CD Pipeline development and build tools such as Ansible, Jenkins, Terraform, VMware vRA, Gitlab, Artifactory, Bitbucket.
