About The Position

We are building the next generation of smart manufacturing systems inside a high-volume injection molding facility supplying global OEMs.

This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy building machines, automation, and connected factory systems.

You will work directly on the factory floor designing and building real equipment.

Responsibilities

• Developing sensor-based quality detection systems
• Designing automated assembly and packaging equipment
• Integrating factory equipment with Plex MES
• Developing AGV material delivery systems
• Building machine vision inspection systems
• Creating Andon and real-time production monitoring systems
• Design and build automation equipment
• Experiment with new manufacturing technologies
• work directly with production teams
• help develop a smart factory roadmap
