About The Position

Stokes Toyota Hilton Head is seeking a detail-oriented Automotive Accounting Clerk to support our dealerships financial operations. This role is essential to maintaining accurate records, ensuring compliance, and supporting our leadership team.

Requirements

• Automotive dealership accounting experience preferred, if not will train the right candidate
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Professional dependable and team-oriented
• This a full time position that will require meeting deadlines

Responsibilities

• support the other accounting clerks
• post and process deals new and used car deals
• process dealer trades from beginning to end
• process wholesales/ posting, sending out titles and collecting funds
• sending payments to lenders for vehicle payoff
• warranty cancellations and submissions
• Assist with month-end close
