We are currently seeking an Internet Sales Representative to join our Ed Morse team.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Extensive customer service, sales, or telemarketing background
• Computer literacy, strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
• High level of energy and professionalism while communicating via phone, text or email
• Ability to learn and execute phone scripts confidently and fluidly
• A strong team player with the ability to work independently

Responsibilities

• Handle all incoming sales calls and Internet leads
• Maintain an accurate database with customer information, notes etc.
• Support on-line customers by establishing rapport, answering questions, providing information and setting appointments
