Lia Nissan Colonie is seeking part time Automotive Biller to join our accounting team.

Requirements

• Knowledge of dealership procedures
• Ability to provide quality customer service
• Willingness to take initiative
• Ability to perform job responsibilities and meet deadlines easily
• Professional personal appearance & excellent communication skills.
• Excellent verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Must have clean & valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Billing out wholesale and dealer trades
• Report dealer trade sales to factory
• Process trade paperwork
• Stock in used vehicles
• Maintain titles and lien releases
• Order and follow up on all duplicate titles
• Prepare weekly title reports for management
• Conduct weekly dealer plate audit
• Back up head biller
• DMV related filing
