Nice To Haves
- Previous BDC, call center, or cashier experience preferred (automotive is a plus!)
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound service calls and schedule appointments
- Follow up with customers via phone, text, and email
- Assist with service reminders and retention efforts
- Greet customers and handle cashier transactions efficiently
- Maintain accurate customer records in our system
- Work closely with service advisors to ensure a seamless experience
