About The Position

Reassembles vehicles as required. Mirror matches all parts on every vehicle. Checks parts against estimate and ensures proper parts are ordered and received. Notifies management of any additional repairs and parts needed. Assists Supervisor/Estimator in creating a detailed supplement of all parts, and operations required to complete repairs. Maintain and wear all required safety and health personal protective equipment as recommended by the equipment manufacturer. Cooperates and assists other personnel in the disassembly, and reassembly of vehicles. Operates all tools and equipment in a safe manner. Willing to attend all mandatory training as required by management. Maintains facilities and equipment, ensuring cleanliness and safety. Maintains a professional appearance. Performs other tasks as required by management. Focus on Quality and Service. Strives for harmony and teamwork within the department and with all other departments. Maintains awareness of safety and follows workplace safety requirements.

Requirements

  • Ability to communicate one on one effectively
  • Basic Computer skills.
  • Good Organizational Skills
  • Valid Driver's License
  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent

Nice To Haves

  • I-CAR certifications recommended but not required.
  • Vocational training, or prior experience preferred, but will train the right candidate
