About The Position

This unique opportunity is based in Dallas, TX, and supports a national Concierge program for an industry-leading OEM. The Concierge's role involves guiding dealers to deliver an elevated purchase experience for performance-minded enthusiasts, from initial interest to ownership, by supporting dealers and building customer confidence. It emphasizes operational excellence, authentic communication, and positioning dealers as the key heroes in the customer journey. This position is best suited for someone who understands dealer dynamics, values accuracy, and thrives in structured, detail-oriented environments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field, preferred
  • 3–7 years of experience in automotive, dealership operations, luxury retail, hospitality, or premium customer support.
  • Strong organizational capabilities and CRM proficiency.
  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work with precision, discipline, and attention to detail.
  • Understanding of dealer network dynamics preferred.
  • Interest in performance vehicle culture is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as centralized support for selected performance dealers.
  • Manage and maintain CRM accuracy for inbound leads.
  • Deliver clean lead summaries and visibility into engagement to dealer specialists.
  • Manage lifecycle tracking from inquiry to delivery.
  • Support reporting and KPI compliance.
  • Support dealer communication toolkits and follow-up frameworks.
  • Ensure smooth operations and manage dealer relationships.
  • Reinforce the philosophy that the dealer is the hero, and the concierge supports their success.
  • Conduct structured outreach to performance enthusiasts when requested.
  • Support follow‑up cadence during order and production stages.
  • Provide milestone updates aligned with dealer guidance.
  • Document all customer interactions in CRM for dealer transparency.
