Requirements
- Proven experience as an Automotive F&I Manager
- Strong track record of production and product penetration
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- High level of integrity and professionalism
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment
- Detail-oriented with strong compliance knowledge
- Flexible schedule including evenings and Saturdays
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Responsibilities
- Work with lenders to secure credit approvals and structure finance deals
- Present finance and protection product options clearly and professionally
- Offer and explain value-added products such as warranties and protection plans
- Maintain full compliance with all state, federal, and lender regulations
- Accurately process all finance and lease documentation
- Work closely with the sales team to deliver a seamless customer experience
- Maintain strong CSI while achieving performance goals
