About The Position
Southaven Kia is hiring an experienced Automotive Finance Manager to join our team at our brand-new, state-of-the-art dealership. This is a great opportunity to be part of a modern, technology-driven store with a fully digital finance and contracting environment designed to create a smooth and efficient experience for both customers and staff. We are looking for a finance professional who can deliver a strong customer experience while maximizing lender approvals and F&I product performance.
Requirements
- Previous Automotive Finance Manager experience required
- Strong knowledge of automotive lending and deal structure
- Proven success with F&I product sales
- Ability to work with multiple lenders and finance sources
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
Responsibilities
- Secure vehicle financing through our network of lenders
- Present finance options, loan terms, and protection products to customers
- Offer and sell F&I products such as service contracts, GAP, and maintenance plans
- Structure deals and work with lenders to obtain approvals
- Complete finance paperwork and ensure all deals meet compliance standards
- Utilize digital deal structuring and electronic contracting tools
- Partner with the sales team to ensure a smooth customer experience
