About The Position

Newport Beach Automotive Group has a busy Service & Parts Department. We are looking for a detail oriented and experienced individual to aid in the administrative aspect of the business.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role is required
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, specifically Excel, and Dealership management software (Reynolds and Reynolds)
  • Dealership and Reynolds and Reynolds Administrator experience a plus
  • Microsoft PowerPoint: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Microsoft Excel: Intermediate
  • Administrative Experience: (Minimum 1 year)
  • Previous dealership experience required (Minimum 1 year)
  • Ability to commute/relocate: Irvine, CA 92618: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Nice To Haves

  • Dealership and Reynolds and Reynolds Administrator experience a plus
  • Microsoft PowerPoint: 1 year (Preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Prepare Weekly and Monthly Reports for Dealership and Manufacturers
  • Manage Training Schedules
  • Monitor Calendars
  • Prepare Meeting Agenda's and schedule Meetings
  • Audit Repair Orders & Process Service Records Requests
  • Be willing to support initiatives that may fall outside of the day- to day activities listed above
