Requirements

  • Automotive Dealership General Manager Experience Preferred
  • Demonstrated Success Driving Sales Growth and Dealership Profitability
  • Strong Leadership Presence with the Ability to Motivate and Develop Teams
  • Experience Building and Leading High-performing Sales and Operational Teams
  • Strategic Thinker with Strong Analytical and Problem-solving Abilities

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee all dealership operations, including sales, service, finance, and administrative functions
  • Develop and execute strategic plans that drive revenue growth and operational excellence
  • Inspire, coach, and develop high-performing teams across every department
  • Monitor sales performance and implement strategies that increase vehicle sales and customer satisfaction
  • Analyze key performance metrics and implement data-driven improvements
  • Partner with inventory management to maintain competitive and market-responsive vehicle inventory
  • Ensure Compliance with All Automotive Regulations, Policies, and Manufacturer Standards
  • Monitor Dealership Financial Performance and Implement Strategies to Maximize Profitability and Efficiency
  • Foster a Culture Centered Around Teamwork, Accountability, and Exceptional Customer Experiences
  • Perform Other Leadership Responsibilities As Needed to Support Dealership Success
