About The Position

Caliber Auto Glass is seeking an entrepreneurial Regional Manager to lead our Denver-South market and help expand into bordering markets. This role is ideal for a growth-minded leader who wants to build, influence strategy, and scale a business. You’ll oversee operations, teammate development, client metrics, production, and administration while partnering with senior leadership on market expansion.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in automotive repair
  • 5+ years’ experience leading and mentoring a team of people
  • Effective communication, time management, organizational and sales skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office & Agile in learning new software applications
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and ability to pass MVR check
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Must be able to lift 60 pounds independently
  • Travel may be required for continuing education and certification training
  • Requires standing for extended periods of time with frequent stretching, reaching, walking, and stooping
  • Requires frequent driving of company and customer vehicles
  • Extensive travel within assigned area is expected
  • Caliber uses E-Verify to confirm the identity and employment eligibility of all new hires.
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate a strong ability to lead, develop, and inspire others to achieve success
  • Coach and support the training and development of field operations Manager’s and Teammates
  • Proactively recruit for long term success
  • Strengthen vendor relationships and build new partnerships within region
  • Ensure safety standards and standard operating procedures are followed
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to deliver on performance benchmarks
  • Align sales projections and capacity planning to maximize the workflow
  • Provide insight regarding marketing plans, sales, and market growth opportunities
  • Perform quality control & inventory review on tools, fleet, and safety
  • Partner with cross functional teams to implement and continuously improve field operations and organizational goals
  • Willingness to learn new and innovative automotive technologies
