Requirements

  • 5–7 years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business required
  • Account strategy & planning
  • Strong business development and customer mapping skills
  • Proven ability to build networks and leverage social selling
  • Effective cross‑functional collaboration with technical and commercial teams
  • Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder‑management skills
  • High capability in complex problem‑solving and decision‑making
  • Strong time and opportunity management mindset

Responsibilities

  • Defines and executes global / regional / local account strategy, including annual revenue plan
  • Translates customer’s strategy and priorities into a joint innovation roadmap
  • Drives and rolls-out customer approvals and pushes upstream solution selling
  • Develops and maintains sustainable and long-term relationships with key accounts, key executives and sponsors
  • Defines account-specific pricing, negotiates contracts, ensures fulfillment of commitments and implementation of commercial policy
  • Optimizes sales processes
  • Develops and maintains strong executive and cross-functional relationships at HQ and key locations
  • Steers and supports internal resources to execute account strategy
  • Responsible for timely and accurate administrative tasks supporting account strategy including sales forecast updates, monthly reports, etcDrive negotiations and global/regional/local contracts with key accounts
