About The Position
North County Kia is looking for a full time Parts Driver to join our team. In this role, the Parts Driver is responsible for the delivery and pick up of parts and equipment for the dealership. Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Requirements
- A valid California driver’s license.
- Ability to lift/and or move items up to 50 pounds
- Ability to communicate well orally and in writing with customers, vendors, and other contacts
- Strong organizational ability and attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Drives automatic or manual vehicle to deliver parts and equipment to customers, other stores, and vendors
- Picks up parts and equipment from customers, stores, and vendors
- Completes a log at the time of delivery and request recipient’s signature
- Unloads truck at the end of each shift. Turn in any paperwork and undelivered parts.
- Responsible for the basic upkeep of the parts truck, including washing
- Assists with parts stocking in the warehouse as needed
- Helps maintain the professional appearance of the Parts Department as needed
