Rydell Chevrolet is seeking a proven Automotive Parts Manager to lead our Parts Department in Waterloo, IA. As the Automotive Parts Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance, profitability, and daily operations of the Parts Department.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of Automotive Parts Manager experience
  • Proven success running a high-performing parts department
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational discipline
  • Professionalism, accountability, and a strong work ethic
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years of sales experience
  • Experience with dealership parts systems and inventory management

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and hold the parts team accountable for performance
  • Deliver fast, accurate service to internal and external customers
  • Manage inventory accuracy, organization, and gross profit performance
  • Oversee ordering, receiving, pricing, merchandising, and delivery operations
  • Drive results through clear metrics and disciplined execution
  • Maintain safety, compliance, and company standards
  • Represent Rydell Chevrolet with professionalism and leadership
